Project Description

Since the fall of 2015, New Orleans native Sally Bronston has been on the staff of NBC News. She is currently a producer at the White House Unit and previously was as an associate producer for NBC News “Meet the Press with Chuck Todd.” She attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied political science, and in the summer of 2012, she interned for MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show.” After graduating in 2013, she joined MSNBC’s “Politics Nation with Al Sharpton” in New York, where she spent over two years refining her skills in television production and political journalism. Since moving to Washington D.C. to join the “Meet the Press” team, Sally has produced a variety of segments and interviews, including those with 2016 presidential candidates, “House of Cards” actor Kevin Spacey, and human rights attorney, Amal Clooney. Sally received JCRS aid to attend URJ’s Kutz Camp, and later received financial assistance from JCRS to attend the University of Pennsylvania.
